Adding a LAT service

For menus to work, you need to configure a LAT service for a port. This is an example for doing so:

DEFINE SERVICE ragna_cons
CHANGE SERVICE ragna_cons QUEUE DISABLED
CHANGE SERVICE ragna_cons IDENT "ragnaroek console"

For network cleanliness, you might want to turn off the sending of LAT announcements by the terminal server.
